Working Arrangement: Hybrid

In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for our Tripwire FIM solution, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FIM solutions and will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the IT security team to design, deploy, and maintain Tripwire FIM solution
  
• Monitor file integrity events and alerts generated by Tripwire FIM, and take appropriate actions based on defined policies and procedures
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tripwire FIM, including configuration, deployment, and policy management
  
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
  
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of FIM policies and rules to ensure the solution is functioning as intended
  
• Work with vendors and other third-party support teams to resolve complex issues
  
• Create and maintain documentation related to FIM processes and procedures
  
• Provide training and support to other IT teams on Tripwire FIM and related security technologies
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in FIM solution administration and support, with at least 2 years of experience in Tripwire FIM
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures, including compliance requirements such as PCI DSS, CIS.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality
