    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To actively participate in the planning, formulation, implementation & monitoring of the long & short term strategies of Agency Distribution.
  • Work with management & relevant stakeholders on business reviews & periodic monitoring of the agency business performance, long-term strategies & short-term initiatives; thus, identifying learnings/potential opportunities/areas of improvement, for development of future strategies.
  • Strengthen the proposition of Agency's strategic direction.
  • Prepare positioning and presentations of Agency's strategies, for all the strategic business meetings with management.
  • Managing the business plans and targets of Agency, ensuring we stay on track towards our strategic & business aspirations; via segmentation & MAPA approach. Manage the monitoring & tracking of key performance areas & Agency's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and channel research.
  • Job Specification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, any field.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities that can lead, influence and motivate to create a high performing team.
  • Strong strategic & forward-thinking skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal & external stakeholders.
