Responsibilities

Compile, develop and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting. Trigger any off trends and highlight opportunities. Timely and accurate review and monitoring of regional performance.
Ensure alignment of regional target across all business functions including participation in coverage meeting.
Work closely with Sales and Channel, Franchise Managers in the development of marketing strategy (acquisition) and retention program.
Working closely with RMT on business papers and establish ROI from activities, monitoring effectiveness and post events evaluation.
To carry out market visitation to understand the market, products and competitors' presence. To provide feedback and improvement plans where necessary.

Skills/Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Recognized degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science.
Business planning or statistics background with exposure of business case and financial modeling.
Experienced in business performance analysis in a medium to large business setting.
Telco experience preferred with knowledge of KPI dashboard reporting.
Good command of Excel, PPT, with ability to see the big picture from data points with strong analytical skill.
Action-oriented and ensure timely deliverables and accurate.
