- Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day back of house operations including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash counting on sales transactions and closing, emails etc.
- Responsible on all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately
- Responsible for an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, merchandise, replenishment, packaging, equipment, staff uniform etc.
- Participate and monitor in all inventory, stock counts and worldwide after sales service, accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages and returns-to-vendors.
- Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures and standards
- Manage boutique team in execution of operation tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/fashion retail/luxury retail
- Pleasant ad good grooming skills
- Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry
- Attention to detail, quick-minded and energetic person
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
- Good spoken English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage
- Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy
