    Description

    Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Senior Executive, Media Communication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute media relations activities according to the approved budget.
    • Networking and create good rapport with media owners, editorial team and journalists.
    • Prepare news articles, press releases, press kits and media invite.
    • Manage the accuracy of news and information about the Bank in the media.
    • Monitor and analyze news articles and coverage achieved after every media interview, press conference and any events where the media have invited.
    • Work closely with the appointed media consultant to ensure the Bank's reputation is promoted and deflect criticism through close relationship with the media.
    • Act as the point of contact for any request for media interviews.
    • Monitoring of budget for the Media Relations activities.
    • Produce the Bank's annual report and other publications according to the approved budget.
    • Published the Bank's financial accounts in the newspapers according to the specified timeframe.
    • Liaison and networking with the relevant departments and Bank's networks for information and input for the publications.
    • Produce speeches, key messages and any other written corporate information on the Bank.
    • Monitoring of budget for publication.
    • Assist in organizing the Corporate Responsibility Signature Event.
    • Assist in organizing other Public Relations and Corporate Responsibility programs that have been planned in line with the department's strategy.
    • Staff to comply & report on Anti Money Laundering (AMLA), frauds and defalcations (including attempted frauds), breaches of Employee Code of Conduct, robberies & burglaries.
    • Perform any other duties and responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or its equivalent in relevant fields.
    • Have minimum 3 years of work experience in related industries, with good professional ethics and occupational track records.
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
    • Experienced in Corporate Branding & Communications.
    • Familliar with Legal Procedures and Government Policies is an added advantage.
