- To review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual group and each subsidiary companies financial results and inform management on major variance and rectification actions.
- Perform tax planning in consultation with tax agent, prepare annual budget, cash flow forecast for Group of Companies.
- Ensure compliance to Malaysian & International Accounting & Taxation laws, standards and regulations including Companies Act, Income Tax , GST & other as applicable.
- Prepare and responsible for group consolidated financial statements, group management reports.
- Review and ensure the company and all its subsidiary companies compliance with group policies, statutory, tax and PLC corporate governance requirements.
- To work with appointed vendor to set up new accounting system and to write standard operating procedure (SOP) for the new system.
- To ensure timely submission of Group Monthly Management Accounts and nay other reports to holding company, and to ensure compliance to all statutory, FRS and Group reporting requirements.
- Possess at least a degree or master in accountancy preferably with a least 4 – 5 years of working experience in Property Developer.
- Excellent communication skill with a least a Credit in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

- Proficient with computers, Sage 300, MYOB and Microsoft Office
