Open Position: Account & Development, Manager (IT Solutions Provider Company)

An IT Solutions Provider company is hiring for Account & Development, Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience working as Account Manager with a good understanding of IT technologies including Software and Infrastructure tools
  
• Manage expectations and set timelines with the customers on the issues raised as well as enhancement requests
  
• Build good relationships with the customers and gather inputs as well as feedback on the usage of the IT products
  
• Communicate client's requirements and business objectives to the Project Manager and Product Development team
  
• Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts/ideas to solve issues
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
