    Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for a Human Resources Executive to join the Fearless team.

    Job Summary:

    As the Human Resources Executive, you are to assist the Manager and contribute to the overall HR Department in effective talent acquisition and recruitment, employee relations matters, ensuring local law compliances related to people, generate and maintaining HR reports.

    Responsibilities :

    Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Executive will include but not limited to:

    • Keep track on available vacancies and placement as well as it time to fill.
    • Executing recruitment plans and activities to ensure effective and successful recruitment.
    • Explore and suggest new recruitment initiatives if necessary.
    • Contribute and ensure smooth recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
    • Support in HR related data entry and reporting tasks.
    • Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure all statutory compliances, Employment Act 1955 compliance, etc.
    • Support and contribute to Employee services such as respond to inquiries, provide employment certification letter, etc.
    • Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct exit interview (HO) for all junior management and below positions within the Company.
    • Support the payroll processing as necessary.
    • Assist in handling employees' disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required.
    • Any other lawful assignments as and when assigned by the Head of HR & higher management.

    Requirement:

    Candidate must have the following requirement:

    • Tertiary educations in HR Management or equivalent.
    • A minimum of 2 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition, from retail industry is a plus.
    • Strong in both verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
    • Good business writing skills.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
    • Good time management skills and deadline sensitive.
    • A team player with proven leadership skills, positive, service oriented
