    Description
    AVP, Risk Champion Y2) Description
    You will be responsible for: 1.

    Perform gap analysis and work closely with relevant stakeholders on any identified action plan to ensure adherence to policies/procedures/ regulatory requirements.

    2. Conduct sampling check for Risk Assessment, i.e., CSA, RCSA to ensure effectiveness of controls in place.
    3.

    Attend and manage compliance testing / audit review/ health check and track to ensure closure of audit issues/ ORE/ breach within timeline.

    4. Prepare periodic/ ad-hoc BNM Reporting and business-related reporting accurately and timely.
    5. Provide update and advisory on policies/guidelines to staffs and ensure adherence to internal/ external regulations/act.
    6. Conduct periodic review on user access/ system matrixes/ department performance metrics/ compliance matrix validation.
    7. Review and streamline existing operating processes to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency without compromising standards of controls.
    8. Provide support in implementing enhanced processes, policies, standards and workflows for department.
    9. Manage Business Continuity Management activities (BC Planner/BCP Call Tree etc)
    10. Provide support in departmental administration and attend ad hoc tasks, projects or initiatives assigned by supervisors and management.
    11. Drive and strengthen risk awareness and culture through trainings.
    Qualifications
    We are looking for candidates who;
    1. Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
    2. Strong analytical and reasoning skills with eyes for details.
    3. Familiar with bank's existing processes and procedures, control & compliance policies, system & structure.
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Language.
    5. Possess a positive attitude, initiative and sense of responsibility.
    6. Able to work independently and must be a team worker with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff.
