    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • To assist with the managing of existing and new e-commerce accounts across various ecommerce platform (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
    • Keep product listings updated on the platform monitoring by you.
    • Planning, Create & execute eCommerce campaigns for 3rd party marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.
    • Knowledge in analytical tool for tracking sales trend and provide in-depth data analysis on products and consumer on a weekly basis.
    • Ensure all content (pages, products and prices, etc.) are displayed accurately, up to date and in line with guidelines/references at all times
    • Implement on-site keyword search advertisement for E-commerce on marketplace platforms and analysis on a weekly basis.
    • Analyses on conversation rate, store traffic, page view, cancelled order, return order, unpaid order, etc. with follow up action.
    • Analyses the effectiveness of each promotion campaign and follow up on future planning.
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews.
    • To provide customer support for 3rd party marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, (internal), etc.
    • Ensures that plans are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business guidelines and objectives.
    • Generate monthly reports and share them with relevant teams.

    Ideal Profile

    • You posses at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business or its equivalent.
    • You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Ecommerce within Retail industry.
    • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
    • Proactive, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude.
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
