    Summary:

    The Manager of Change Management & Quality Assurance plays a crucial role in ensuring that change requests (CRs) are effectively managed and that the team adopts and implements a robust testing framework and technology. This leadership position involves planning, coordinating, and delivering changes to systems or services while maintaining quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:

    . Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions.

    . Oversee and coordinate the change management process, ensuring all change requests are accurately logged, reviewed, and delivered within the agreed timelines.

    . Work closely with the development team to plan delivery timelines, ensuring that change requests are prioritized and included in the backlog appropriately.

    . Lead the grooming of the backlog, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define the scope of work for upcoming sprints.

    . Ensure that the development team adopts a consistent testing framework and employs the latest technologies and methodologies in quality assurance.

    . Develop and maintain the quality assurance strategy and framework, integrating it seamlessly with the change management process.

    . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of project delivery.

    . Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for change management and quality assurance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    . Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to report on progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous process improvement.

    . Manage and mentor the Change Management & QA team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning and development.

    . Stay updated on industry best practices in change management and quality assurance, applying this knowledge to improve internal processes.

    . Coach team to strengthen Agile Methodology adoption

    Required skills and experience / main competencies

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    2. At least 5 years of related working experience.

    3. Proven experience in change management and quality assurance within the IT sector.

    4. Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA in agile and waterfall methodologies.

    5. Demonstrated experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

    6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    7. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    8. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

    9. Agile and/or Product Owner Certified, but not mandatory
