    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS

    TD Project Management Process and System

  • Contribute to the definition, development and continual improvement of TD business processes, systems, methods & practices
  • May be assigned to develop and maintain the EPM database, application and/or systems (ex: Confluence Space/Page, SharePoint sites, Teams channel, etc.)
  • Assist in the facilitation of TD program and project reviews like TGR, PMI, Project Review, among others
  • TD Project Task Management & Execution

  • Understand the collateral requirements of a TD build (from TD EPM Engineer or others) and execute the collaterals readiness that supports timely completion of the development builds of TD projects. Collaterals include but are not limited to the following:Substrates – place request and follow through with ISM/procurement team or other relevant team members. Ensure required substrate are timely available.Wafers – place requests and follow through with POM Planner or other relevant team members. Ensure required wafers are timely available.Other DMs and IDMs as needed.
  • Create/Update MAM Process Flow as required
  • Lot/Wafer Release following the Wafer Kitting Process
  • Drive and track TD builds in Assembly & Test and escalate issues as they arise for immediate resolution
  • POC for TD PGR projects wafer request & forecast
  • Maintain proper project documentation
  • Maintain Communication and Peer Relation

  • Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and managers in other functional areas within and outside PDE. Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate issues which impact Backend in a timely manner and help drive to fix the issue where necessary.
  • Periodically follow up with the manager to ensure all type of goals are met and get assistance to remove obstacles. Use all available resources to manage the successful completion of goals, including resources outside of the area.
  • Be prepared to give feedback and discuss action items during regular one-on-one meetings with your supervisor
  • Develop external relationships to achieve new ideas and procedures to keep pace with Industry standards and methods
  • Can travel to Micron BE locations as necessary for face-to-face work
  • SAFETY

  • Be involve in process safety management systems development and sustainment like Micron's "Good Catch" program. Actively participate in safety initiatives to achieve zero major event occurrences across the Micron manufacturing network.
  • Take a proactive approach to safety and utilize corporate and site safety resources for escalation issues as appropriate.
  • EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Semiconductor Backend Manufacturing, preferably in Project/Process Integration, Project/program Management, Technology Development or Process Engineering role
  • With good oral and written English communication skill
  • Ability to use computer applications like Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Power App & Automate is a plus.
