    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Develop and execute content strategies for social media accounts aligned with the goals of CEO Magazine and IAQ, educating entrepreneurs on success and quality awareness.
    • Create engaging, informative, and inspirational content, including articles, posts, social media updates, press releases, and visual content (images, infographics, videos).
    • Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistent, high-quality content that reflects brand voice and objectives.
    • Research topics related to entrepreneurial success and quality management, creating valuable and relevant content for our audience.
    • Manage content calendars to ensure a steady flow of content across platforms.
    • Monitor social media and online engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Report on content performance, including audience growth, engagement rates, and content reach, providing insights and recommendations for future content strategies.

    Collaborate And Develop

    • Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop promotion strategies for content.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in content creation and social media, applying new technologies to enhance content visibility and engagement.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions, proposing and contributing creative ideas.

    Job Requirements

    • Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
    • Have extensive experience in content creation and copywriting.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with knowledge of using ChatGPT.
    • Proficient in digital content creation tools and platforms, as well as social media management tools.
    • Possess basic photography and graphic design skills, capable of creating visually appealing content.
    • Understanding of social media analytics and ability to adjust content strategy based on performance data.
    • Have innovative thinking and planning skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
    • Detail-oriented, with organizational and project management skills.

    Desired Skills

    • Experience in the corporate sector, understanding of business and quality improvement concepts.
    • Ability to research and follow trends in entrepreneurship, business, and quality management.
    • Familiarity with IAQ International Quality Promotion Association standards and principles.
