    Job summaryAveris is a Global Business Services (GBS) company that focuses on consolidating services and standardizing transactional practices for MNC / large enterprises They are looking for a candidate to develop, own and maintain IT Infrastructure standards and roadmap for the Group The candidate should have knowledge in cloud technology and coding, and familiarity with IAC tools and platform technologyJob seniority: mid-to-senior levelResponsibilities

    • Develop, own and evergreen IT Infrastructure standards and roadmap for the Group
    • Evaluate, test and recommend solutions/standards aligned to Group objectives
    • Deliver customer-focused service, manage large scale activity, and meet defined performance indicators
    • Design, implement and transition IT & Digital Solutions, meeting project requirements
    • Lead and manage specific infrastructure streams within projects and programs
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex issues
    • Keep abreast of technology updates and identify opportunities for improvements
    • Establish relationships with Digital Architect, Application Architect, and Data Architect
    • Serve as focal point for Group IT Infra Project Delivery matters related to cloud technology
    • Manage stakeholders' expectations and drive improvement, transformation, and innovation initiatives for group IT
    • Increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
    • Communicate effectively with internal clients and evaluate alternative business solutions
    • Provide frameworks and standards for information gathering, analysis, and reporting
    • Remain updated on emerging industry practicesRequirements
    • Proven experience in Digital Transformation or equivalent
    • Exposure in Capability Maturity Model Integration, Agile, and/or Dev Ops
    • Good knowledge in ITSM/ITIL processes and project management methodology
    • Experience in managing vendors and regional work experience
    • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and planning skills
    • Ability to build rapport and engage with stakeholders
    • Teamwork, adaptability, and stress tolerance
    • Good written and communication skills
    • Experience in delivering informative and engaging presentations
    • Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
    • A recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Cloud architecture certification or equivalent
    • TOGAF certified professional
    • Project Management certification i.e. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
    • Certification in Agile, CMMI & Dev Ops will be an added advantage
    • Knowledge in architecting cloud solution, containerization, IAC, and familiarity with cybersecurity
    • Robust technical skills in server hardware, backup, storage, cloud hosting, and virtualization
    • Excellent problem formulation, consensus building, problem-solving, and solution realizationKey Skills Needed
