    About the Department

    The Compliance function is a strategic partner and a trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management. It is our responsibility to ensure that the Group continuously fulfils its regulatory obligations in today's tight and dynamic regulatory landscape. To do that, we work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and to assess regulatory risks. This collaboration also includes developing practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements as well as actively shaping and promoting stronger compliance culture and literacy in the Bank.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Manage the quarterly and annual MCA/GRC assessment process for Collections.

    2. To ensure timely completion of Impact Assessment, Action Plans & Implementation for collections related.

    3. Be responsible for periodic reporting of KRI/KPI thresholds to Country and Regional Controls team. to compile from various unit across Credit Ops, filling data into template, submission including drafting email and follow up on the same.

    4. Drive an effective partnership with the process owners for effective and timely implementation / execution of MCA requirements.

    5. To perform QAF testing/validation/sighting of documents including discussion for Collections, email communications or any exceptions / follow up required.

    6. To perform detailed impact assessment if there is any regulatory change notification, to get concurrence form OIC & BUH prior submission to ICRM.

    7. To support all external/internal reviews, including Audits, Regulatory Reviews, Compliance Testing etc, towards deliverable requests, control issue identification, escalation, tracking and reporting.

    Job Requirements

    1. Preferred 3-5 years relevant experience in Controls, Risk, Compliance and Governance framework.

    2. Minimum of a Bachelor's/University Degree holder.

    3. Ability to assert and influence and clearly articulate risks and issues

    4. Ability to comprehend of key control concepts, risk identification across processes and prioritize remediation

    5. Able to build rapport and work with staff across different business and designations

    6. Eye for detail and result oriented.
