    ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • The Solutions Analyst will work in the Digital & Distribution work stream within the technology value stream to contribute in the formulation of high level solutions and oversee the development and delivery cycle.
  • The Solutions Analyst will work with the business analysts, product owners, system solutions architect and development team to ensure that the solutions are aligned to the requirements stated in the user stories and product backlogs.
  • The Solutions Analyst will highlight key technical concerns in the project delivery as well as ensure fundamental governance process are adhered to.
  • The Solutions Analyst will analyse upcoming systems and technologies and ensure a comprehensive support structure and continuous improvement mechanisms are in place
  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • To work with infra, architects, dev ops, business, API team and other stakeholders to contribute in formation of high level solution design
  • To acquire a deep understanding of technical practices; adequate knowledge of databases, Integration and system security
  • To evaluate epics, user stories and backlogs vs current system features which will facilitate the technical solution.
  • To plan and organize technical briefings and solutions validation sessions with senior stakeholders independently
  • To work with the Devops team to engineer software to onboard the software
  • Provide inputs to ensure the solutions are within the bank's governance and compliance framework as well as to adhere to local regulatory requirements.
  • Keep up to date and provide updates on key milestones during the project cycle.
  • Own the project plan and execute it.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and align on the overall approach and provide direction
  • Gather feedback from end users to give way to continuous system improvements.
  • To adapt and adopt quickly to various banking governance procedures and processes and be able to share the knowledge to new joiners within the team.
  • Assess proposed support structure and mechanism for new onboarding systems.
