We Hiring For Online Sales Executive Based at Batu Caves

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Batu Caves for an Online Sales Executive. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities on our online platforms, identifying potential customers, responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. They will be working closely with the Marketing and Operations team.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales and Online Marketing skills
• Customer Support skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with customers and build relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
• Experience in online sales or e-commerce is a plus
• Make Follow up service after sales,closinh.
• Enter customer orders on the admin
• Make Tiktok Live and other platform
• Find and handle dropship agent every month
• Experience in health business will be an advance.
  

Working hours
Monday - Friday : 9.00am-6.00pm (Except for Ramadhan)
Saturday: 9.00am-1pm (Alternate days)
Sunday: OFF
