    About the Role

    The incumbent will support business onboarding processes through collaboration with Corporate Solutions producers and supporting team within the agreed time frame. To support the Corporate Solutions business through effective management of sales and servicing enquiries while educating Corporate Solutions producers on Corporate Solutions business operation. To provide operation support in execution of IVS activities. To provide business administration support for the team.
  • Working closely with Life Planners to complete the business submission deferments within desired turn-around time.
  • Support Business Development Team in handling Life Planners' enquiries new business and underwriting requirements.
  • Management of the day-to-day general enquiries and escalations from various sources.
  • Track on the incomplete submission dashboard to ensure timely record of new business to instill confidence among Life Planners.
  • To support the setting up and the execution of CS weekly training, CS clinics, briefings, etc.
  • To communicate thru email or WhatsApp with targeted Life Planners for specific events, activities, etc.
  • To distribute relevant materials and merchandises to the targeted audience.
  • To support the execution activities of IVS.
  • Support teammates to have capability in the knowledge and skills required for the function.
  • Ensuring all sales activities align with relevant governance, regulations and ethical standards.
  • Consistently responds quickly and accurately to information requests from internal/external team members.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Education – Degree holder of any fields of study.
  • Experience – Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years working experience, especially in servicing and marketing related field.
  • Familiar in using MS Excel and PowerPoint, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good digital literacy, preferably in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, resourceful, proactive, result-driven, and ability to work in a challenging environment.
