PURPOSE
To mainly focus on China & Taiwan market. Must be able to speak, write & read Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients, and English at least for basic communication.
To help create & maintain the Therapy (Oncology) databases by collating, reviewing, coding and entering data collected from a panel of physicians. The data will enable the Research team to complete the process of building the disease databases, which are essential for running analytics and reports for our clients.
To be an effective team member working along with Field and QC to ensure timelines and quality are met.
To help drive operation improvements
OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY
Accurate and efficient in the review, coding and entry of medical data into Ipsos databases.
Works towards a thorough understanding of the Oncology Monitor forms, as well as the various oncology drugs, dosages and other metrics that will allow for pre-entry data quality control.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Maintains clients' confidence and protects Ipsos interest by keeping information confidential.
Coordinates with Research/Field/QC/DP departments regarding progress and other project related issues to ensure a smooth working process for all parties.
Works with Research to resolve any potentially ambiguous data prior to entry.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and experience
Experience:
Preferably with some data entry and/or coding experience
Preferably someone with Python and machine learning background

Able to work effectively in a team.
Proactive to drive and follow through new initiative
Proficiency in Written & Spoken Mandarin is a must. This role is required to deal Taiwan & China region.
High proficiency English language
Qualifications:
Degree/Higher Diploma in Healthcare related
