- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for regulatory agencies.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and ensure timely updates to compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance training is conducted and documented.
- Assist in investigating compliance issues and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance monitoring systems.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance.
- Collecting and verifying customer information, including personal details and identification documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for customer identification.
- Conduct due diligence on high-risk customers or those involved in complex transactions.
- Investigate the source of funds and the purpose of the business relationship.
- Knowledge about Lexis Nexis.
- Data entry.
- Basic skill of Microsoft Office.
