About the job:

Join our team as an Accounts Executive where you'll delve into the dynamic world of 4PL, gaining invaluable experience in intricate processes and beyond.

Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping our organization, as we continually strive for excellence. We seek individuals with ambition, eager to grow within this stimulating and fulfilling position.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing invoice. Monitoring invoice from vendor, perform matching & reconciliation.
Perform Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

Assist in Preparing Purchase OrderMonitoring credit term by vendor & prepare payment on timely basisEnsuring payments, amounts and records are correct from customers.

Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Support Ad-Hoc jobs if any. Requirements and skills1. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures2. Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.3. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.4. Analytical thinker and problem solver.5. Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs6. High level of accuracy.7. Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.8. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
Candidate who has at least 2 yeas working experience.
