    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Responsible in preparing/managing the financial account of an export oriented manufacturing company based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
    • Responsible to liaise with external auditor and tax agent on annual financial reports
    • Responsible to liaise with bank and government agencies on issues related to account and administration
    • Responsible to prepare financial reports periodically in relation to cash flow management, sales revenues and expenses for management
    • Responsible to manage and process all employeesâ salary and payroll processing
    • General administration functions such as stationary, purchasing, maintenance of office premises and office equipment, cleanliness and security
    • To provide support on other related general administration tasks
    • Any other duties as and when assigned by superior

    Job Requirements

    • Preferably candidate possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Business Management, ACCA or equivalent with 2 â 3 years of working experience in the related field
    • Experienced in managing and preparing a manufacturing based companyâs financial accounts
    • Good interpersonal communication skill either in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
