    Description

    DESCRIPTIONS

    • Experience in designing visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements, with fundamental to advanced knowledge in animation and motion graphic design.
    • Experience in video shooting and production is a strong asset.
    • Experience in three-dimensional models and renderings for animations, simulations, VR, AR, or product visualization is highly advantageous.
    • Collaborate with internal and external departments, clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work within budget.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in all design-related work to continuously improve skills and remain competitive.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is advantageous.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative multimedia projects across various platforms and media types.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a multimedia or digital arts designer.
    • Bachelorâs degree in graphic design, multimedia design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
    • Experience in video editing and post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is highly recommended.
    • Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software like Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or Blender is highly recommended.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Strong time management and project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
    • Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in multimedia design.
