    Description

    Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant and be part of a group of recruiters overseeing the complete recruitment process for our regional and local clients. Receive top-notch training to excel in your role swiftly.

    This role is based in our KL office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment and business development tasks for various job roles and products.
    • Build and update market intelligence within a specific industry.
    • Source, screen, and select candidates according to client needs.
    • Set realistic timelines with clients and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Follow up with candidates post-placement for support and feedback.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
    • Explore new business opportunities through modern tools and techniques.
    • Shortlist and choose candidates based on specific requirements.
    • Collaborate with the head recruiter in engaging with client representatives.
    • Conduct post-placement follow-ups to gather insights and arrange replacements, if necessary.
    • Maintain positive connections with clients and candidates consistently.
