- 2-3 years minimum working experience.

Duties:-
Your primary duty is to greet, welcome and seat all guests in your Outlet, take reservations and plan seating assignments. The strength and sincerity of the Makati Shangri-Las image should reflect at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude extending beyond guests expectation.
It should be noted that Hostess can be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.
The Hostess works on Captain level and has the authority to ensure that all guest requests directed to her are carried out.
