- Provide timely application support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure issue is minimal impact to the operation.
- Support end users – helpdesk and conduct user training.
- Implement application system enhancements, operation improvement, and automation.
- Maintaining ERP and production application integration.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head of the department.
- Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in computer science.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment or related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programming and SQL will be an advantage for the candidate.
- Familiar with application system troubleshooting and facts finding.
- Positive attitude towards problem-solving and ability to work independently.
- A well-spoken, logical thinker and willingness to explore are essential.
