- Reports to the Senior Manager (Technical Service).
- Responsible for the quality control and assurance of the Company's products.
- Responsible for maintenance of Quality System.
- Planning and implementing Quality Improvement Projects.
- Verifying and investigating customer complaints.
- Determining, reporting and recommending corrective action on the principle cause of quality deficiencies and non-conformance.
- Design of new formulations and systems.
- Provides technical advice on quality matters and support on usage applications for customers when required.
- Testing of customers' finished products as and when required.
- Co-ordinates with the production supervisor with regards to product requirements and trouble shooting.
- Developing suitable quality procedures to minimize rejects.
- Awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks and their Controls.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality control and R & D of the products.
- He/She will be responsible for on-going development of new systems according to the requirements of our customers and be based at our factory at Port Klang .
