- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events.
- Handling monthly digital marketing content involves creating, scheduling, and managing various types of content across digital channels.
- Assist in producing POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and offline marketing materials.
- Engage in social media interactions, including responding to customers' comments and feedback.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, and provide data-driven recommendations for future promotional activities.
- Communicate with KOLs/influencers to collaborate and build a strong network.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Complete any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, (Mandarin is a plus)
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, ( Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop – extra advantage)
