Banking domain is desirableHands on Production support experience with at least 10 years managing Cash, Payments & Clearing systemsWilling to come in shifts as per the CnC shift rota & support CnC 24X7 support model.Good knowledge on Monitoring tools such as ITRS, Graphana, Skynet, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.,Good knowledge in 4 or more technologies covering overall application architecture such as in Java, J2EE, Oracle, WaaS, MQ and Unix technologiesExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with business representatives.Good with stakeholder communication and able to liaise with Senior Mgmt.Basic understanding of SWIFT Net domain on various SWIFT Products (SAA/ SAG/ SNL/ SAB) based on various platforms such as AIX, Sun Solaris, and WindowsBasic understanding of LAN, WAN and FirewallAdvanced documentation skills to ensure that the knowledge repository is up to date.Represent technology to our business and vendors encompassing for all production support
