    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.
    • Create detailed 3D models using 3ds Max and Vary for visual representation.
    • Produce technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure designs meet specifications.
    • Select and source materials, furniture, and fixtures for projects.
    • Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions.
    • Oversee project implementation, coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
    • Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design.
    • Proficiency in 3ds Max, Vary, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
    • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and materials.
    • Ability to work within project timelines.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in technical drawings.
