- Full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Specialist
- Responsibilities include ensuring customer success with a payroll and HR management system
- Tasks involve assisting with onboarding, providing ongoing support, and resolving customer complaints
- Collaboration with Business Development and Product teams for customer satisfaction
- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively convey information and respond to inquiries
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech company
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience in payroll or HR management is a plus
- Great command of Chinese is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau is a plus
- Fresh graduates are also considered
