    Autism Link is a world-class Autism centre based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autism Link was established in 2009 to meet the need for comprehensive ABA services in Malaysia. We are affiliated with Autism Partnership International (AP), a pioneer in treating ASD using ABA.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Behaviour Therapist. The Behaviour Therapist will be responsible for conducting 1-to-1/1-to-2 ABA therapy sessions (centre/home-based) based on the Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs) developed by the Case Supervisors, creating lesson plans for sessions, monitoring and reporting on client progress, participating in team meetings, and working collaboratively with other members of the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective intervention.

    Qualifications

    • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team
    • A background in Psychology or a related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluency in multiple languages and experience working with children with special needs are a plus.
