DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Our Renewals Specialists play a fundamental role in providing renewal quotes and associated support to our current customer base.

As the Renewals Specialist, you will:

• Provide qualified renewals opportunities and renewals support to the Australian sales team.
• Analyse customer requirements and action all quotes requests to meet the SLA.
• Work with existing customers to maintain a high renewal close rate and team quota
• Meet monthly KPI's set for the renewals team and roles.
• Follow all processes and procedures relevant to the role.
• Engage with other departments to ensure customer requirements are managed effectively.
• Use systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Renewals Specialist:

• Experience in customer service and process focused roles
• Possess high level attention to detail
• Ability to manage high volume workload and thrive in a fast paced service environment
• Customer focused with a passion for exceptional customer service
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and possess good time management skills
• Able to track information accurately and have a strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
• Possess high level written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in use of computer systems and associated software
