    Description

    We're an e-comm lifestyle and wellness brand that markets primarily to the US & UK.

    Hone your design skills while crafting captivating visuals for one of the leading lifestyle brands across Amazon, Tmall, and XHS E-Commerce.

    At Gladiolab you'll have the opportunity to actively shape the direction of our main brand, Gya Labs ) and gain experience in international consumer marketing.

    Your Role

    • Inspire and collaborate with other creatives to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work
    • Work closely with your team to execute on the creative strategy for projects
    • Participate in all aspects of your team's projects, focusing on innovation and quality
    • Collaborate with visual designers and creatives to conceive and prototype designs, information architectures, and user interfaces
    • Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve the work
    • Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the studio

    Your Profile

    • 2-3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in the fashion/body care industry.
    • Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin is required.
    • Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, After Effects, Sketch, etc
    • You have a strong portfolio that represents a diversity of projects as well as a clear design perspective
    • Experience working in a small to medium-sized team
    • An ability to be communicative, flexible and precise under tight deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Works well under pressure
    • Works well with senior designers and directors
    • Excellent attitude and desire to learn
