- Responsible for the demand planning and supply of Semiconductor IC products
- Rationalize demand forecasts and customer demand with Sales and Marketing to determine optimum production plans for on-time delivery and revenue achievement
- Manage component materials, finished goods inventory, and WIP to drive low-cost, efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue. Define buffer plans to mitigate demand volatility
- Interface with outsource manufacturing partners to ensure day-to-day prioritization and execution of production orders.
- Reconcile movement of material thru each stage of the CM and ensure transaction integrity in MRP system
- Support the planning and system set up requirements for new product introduction
- Interface with engineering and qualify on resolution of technical product issues
- Create BOMs, Routings, and Sourcing Plans
- Key KPI are: Inventory turns, Shipping performance, E&O
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Quantitative Science
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain planning, production planning or related field in the Semiconductor Industry
- Experience defining supply chain processes and implementing best practices
- Ability to prepare communication plans to customers, sales or executive management
- Advanced knowledge in MS office (Excel) application required. Extensive experience in MRP systems, preferable Oracle
- Proven success at making financially sound decisions in a Fast Paced Market Environment
- Willingness to work off hours / extended hours as needed
