Description

Plan, implement and maintain quality system that drives all activities pertaining to the quality of the product.
Provide technical know-how and product development process to meet customer requirements that will range from planning and setting standards of technical competency of the product, research, testing of new product performance & improving product efficiency/cost for minimum errors and waste.

Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Effective management of quality system & Lab management according to ISO 17025
• Monitor and report performances of key suppliers. Generate and present reports on monthly basis.
• Define product requirements by establishing and maintaining technical protocols
• Effective management of non-conformance material & products: identification, documentation, evaluation & disposition
• Facilitate new supplier selection process and/or product development by coordinating trial run and evaluating trial results.
• Quality Assurance & Technical services
• Initiate and review claims with suppliers on non-conformance material
• Complaint investigation and customer support

Qualifications :

• Possess a Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering form a recognised local or overseas institution/university
