What will you be doing
1. Operational Excellence:
• Oversee order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment on marketplace and ecommerce platforms.
• Provide professional and timely customer support through online chat, WhatsApp, and email to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage operational tasks within defined Standard Operating Procedures.
2. Sales Planning and Execution:
• Plan and execute promotion plan across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Pandamart etc) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Analyse and report on sales and product performance, acquisition performance, and identify sources for growth.
3. Marketing Strategies:
• Utilize seller tools for promotions and customer outreach, employing performance marketing and content marketing skills to maximize store traffic and conversion rates.
• Engage in marketplace campaigns, paid marketing solutions, and collaboration with content creators for effective product promotion.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and creative teams, to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal results.
• Work closely with demand planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
What you bring
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or E-commerce).
• Preferably 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and management.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller center, and multichannel ecommerce software is advantageous.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and a strong drive to solve problems independently.
• Results-oriented with a hands-on attitude, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Excel.
