    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
    • Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
    • Facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
    • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.

    Requirements

    • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Alternatively, candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply.
