    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • A dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity.

    Ideal Profile

    • Language preferred :Mandarin+English
    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting, IT Services and Other Services industry.
    • Candidate must be from logistics background: Freight forwarding industry knowledge (shipping documentation, VGM, EDI, MBL)
    • Minimum bilingual requirements - Able to read & understand Mandarin with basic English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English and Mandarin markets.
    • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    • You have working knowledge of bpo and Team Lead
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe
    • Team Lead Experience must have min of 1 year

    Working in BPO/Call Centre is an added advantage.
