Operations Project Executive - [Channel Offer Management] International Oil & Gas Client Jalan KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 6.

RM RM 4500 Overview :

Channel Offer Management is a function that sits in Mobility Operations that are responsible for contracts management, Retailer's Master Plan, and government relations.

The Retailer's Master Plan covers new retailers' recruitment, cluster and upgrading, station manager development, and consequence management.

It is the aim of the company to maintain a robust retailer management end-to-end program, as it is the backbone for business continuity by ensuring strong retailer's pool availability who can deliver the aspired KPIs and business result Accountabilities : Focal person in the management and coordination of end-to-end retailers' recruitment that includes identifying the channels of recruitment.

Focal person for coordination of training for new retailers, station managers, and front liners. Coordinate assigned projects on Mobility Operations, mainly on the introduction of new processes related to retailers' management and onboarding. Retailers Recruitment.

Coordinate end-to-end processes of recruitment of new retailers, cluster retailers, and station manager development program which includes, screening the applicants, arranging for panel interviews and Retailers Recruitment Evaluation, participation in Retailer start-up course, communicating the results, and tabulating the results.

Identify new channels/opportunities to advertise the recruitment for new retailers, which includes advertising via different media channels, collaboration with government agencies, etc.

Monitors the dealer pool health checks and conducts actions to ensure each region will have sufficient retailer pipelines Coordinate training as and when required.

Coordination of Projects. Coordination of project execution assigned to incumbent as and when basis. Projects are related to processes improvement for retailers' management/onboarding. Close collaboration with Customer Operations in managing the projects' rollout.


Requirement :
Degree in Marketing/Retail Management or Operations/Business Administration/Project Management. Other degrees can be considered.

3 years experience in retail management or retail recruitment Attention to detail which is required to manage the screening of new retailers, coordination of interview schedules, coordination of Dealer Recruitment Evaluation, and preparing the data for contracts commercial setup in the system.

Excellent project management skills. Marketing skills to identify channels of recruitment of new retailers. Good communication skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders internally or externally. Excellent time management skills.
