    TheGlobal Digital Hubhas newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

    As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of our Social Media Intelligence priorities. You work with relevant stakeholders and assist them on how to further develop their social media performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

    The Social Media Intelligence Expert acts as an internal consultant to cross-functional global stakeholders to provide end-to-end support related to high quality insights on our brands and the market environment based on market research, publicly available brand and market information and market intelligence.

    As a qualified expert, you:

    • Design, develop and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse u201Cbig datau201D sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
    • Analyze and interpret paid and organic social media data on a global level, summarize findings into meaningful insights
    • Build a global social media data warehouse to develop integrated measuring dashboards
    • Set up integrated dashboards to report on the performance of key global communication campaigns for organic and paid as well.
    • Manage global channels and tools such as Social Media channels, Social Media Ads platform, CXM (customer experience management - Sprinklr)
    • Play a lead role in developing and provide standardised and ad hoc global business reporting in accordance with global business requirements, objectives and global stakeholder needs
    • Participate in cross-functional teams developing, implementing and managing global strategies, plans and tactics. Includes planning and ongoing liaison with other key stakeholders
    • Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments
    • Undertake research on scientific approach and utilizes state-of-art methodologies to analyze complex datasets and interpret analysis of results
    • Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
    • Create and manage robust forecast models and participate in a consensus forecasting process
    • Act as a Global Product Owner for Global Social Media Reporting solutions / systems
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to report on the global corporate social media content performance and to the mentions in social media of key reputational topics
    • Pull and interpret data from global social listening tools including volume, sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, etc.
    • Automate the collection and curation of social media data within Roche's visualisation tools
    • 7+ years relevant experience within social media intelligence or digital analysis
    • 7+ years of experience using data visualisation and automation tools (Tableau or Google Data Studio preferred)
    • Experience setting up dashboards to present data from social media (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Sprinklr)
    • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze large datasets, identify trends and present findings
    • Ability to critically analyse and interpret paid and organic social media data, summarize findings into meaningful insights
    • Experience in Natural Language Processing (i.e. Python)
    • Experience in multi-market and multilingual social intelligence a plus
    • Social media listening (Boolean language) skills are preferred
    • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, techniques, effectiveness, tools and functional competencies relevant to the role
    • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential, German and/or Spanish is a plus
