- Using Power BI to extract varoius HR related data from various data sources and transfer these data into actionable insights along with visuals and analytical reports for business decision.
- Responsible to design and develop dashboards to be presented to stakeholders for decision making
- To ensure accurate and consistent data quality across all datasets
- Perform optimization on the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards for smoother user experience
- Responsible to provide training to end users
- Responsible to gather requirements from different stakeholders and to propose solutioning for an effective process
- Assit group IT in digital transformation and process improvement within the Human Resource Department (including all HR functions) skills & requirements
- minimum bachelor's degree with 3 years of working experience in data analyst specialization
- have experience performing analyst for HR related data and/or have experience as HR Analyst
- Power BI development experience is mandatory
- Knowledge in automation process/automation tools would be an added advantage
