    Position : Admin

    Company Industry : Food Service Solution

    Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730)

    Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

    Expected to start on April 2024

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and management.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Experience with project-related organizational entity changes is a plus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Will be responsible for monitoring sales orders to ensure compliance with shipment cut-off times using SAP and Power BI reports under the guidance of Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) team. This role involves manual re-entry of sales orders into another organizational entity for projects involving organizational entity changes.
