- To handle and assist superior in daily administrative duties, operations & activities.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and effectiveness.
- File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find.
- Answering and placing telephone calls, when required, in a courteous manner. Exhibits polite and professional communication via email and mail.
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin as candidate is required to speak with Mandarin speaking supplier when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Required language(s): 1) Mandarin (in need to liaise with local Mandarin speaking suppliers)
- Required skill: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hard working and good team player
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri)
- EPF, SOCSO included
- Min. 8 Days Annual Leave per year
- 16 Public Holidays per year (Selangor)
