- Manage project accounting and financial database for SEA projects.
- Provide vital inputs to periodic project progress and status reports to top management and other stakeholders.
- Compile project summary documents includes but not limited to project cost analysis, project budgets/invoiced to date, milestone summaries, project performance.
- Compile initial project cash flow and subsequent updated plan from project manager for currencies hedging.
- Handle SEA project billings and monitor collections.
- Attend monthly Project Progress Review meeting.
- Determine project close status and handle accounting for warranty projects.
- Provide relevant project information for audit and tax computation
- To assist in SAP Controlling tasks when needed.
- To prepare presentation of ad-hoc reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business economics or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Project financial accounting experience in a directly related field.
- Good analytical skill and conscious of figures.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to effectively interact with others and work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in application software (Excel, Words, Power Point, etc.)
- Know how in SAP project system and controlling modules is an added advantage.
