Responsibilities:
Enforce strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
Operate Cashier/POS system accurately and efficiently.
Prepare drinks as necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Undertake any other duties related to general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
