Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • Minimum Degree holder in any discipline
-
Minimum 2 years working experienced as trainer/QA

  • Language proficiency in
    English is mandatory. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Preferable to have experience as corporate trainer in Banking/Finance industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint); elearning software will be an asset

Responsibilities:


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design effective training programs
  • Prepare training materials
  • Conduct training and refreshers
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor, analyze & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trends
  • Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA
  • Performs Quality monitoring on a daytoday basis when there is no training class
  • Produces a regular Quality report in an actionable format for internal stakeholders' perusal
  • May perform training and performance gap analysis on a regular basis or as required
