- Develop marketing initiatives to drive mobile app adoption and engagement.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing mobile marketing campaigns.
- Developing strategies to drive mobile traffic, increase App user acquisition and CRM (via push notification, in-app banners and etc).
- Shape and drive public awareness, market demand and business growth on mobile app acquisition.
- Measures and reports performance of all mobile marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Responsible for mobile app customer interaction strategy and roadmap to achieve an optimal user experience.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing turns into customers, and continually refine our process to grow the leads volume and improve the conversion rate.
- Engage external stakeholders to optimize mobile app utilization.
- Continuously optimize App function, manage App assets, and update content according to user preference.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in marketing or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
