Job Title : Finance Manager

Company background :

EKSB is a food manufacturer in Malaysia which has a robust growth trajectory and the potential for a listing within the next 3 years.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Finance Department which running the financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a manufacturing business. You will work closely with top management to provide strategic financial insights and support key business decisions.

Job Description :

· Responsible for managing a team of 7 people in finance department to ensure the efficiencies and provide lean process improvement of the day-to-day operation accounting and financial activities, such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory and costing.

· Accountable for the overall accounting function that includes preparation and review of financial statements, budgeting, forecast, cash flow and management accounts on the timely basis and comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

· Able to provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

· Involve in accounting system implementation of mandatory e-invoicing and ensure good internal controls are in placed.

· Able to provide expert guidance on tax planning and optimization strategies.

· Able to contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning to support the organization's growth and objectives.

· Able to provide coaching and mentoring for subordinates and attend to any ad hoc tasks.

· Manufacturing background (desirable).

Job Requirement :

· Bachelor's /Degree in accounting, finance, or similar.

· At least (5-8) years of working experience in the field.

· Proficiency in business management and accounting software such as Autocount Accounting system.

· Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.

· Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Salary Range : RM 4, RM 5,000.00
