    Description

    Responsibilities:


    • Assist to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.


    • Design, develop, enhance and maintain a social media presence.


    • Identifies trends and analyze insights to optimize spend to create greater conversion.


    • Coordinate with cross departments (products, marketing, designers, and e-commerce team) to create and execute digital campaigns for retail and e-marketplace.


    • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.


    • Manage EDM includes running email marketing campaigns, new products launching end-to-end, and create newsletters.


    • Brainstorms creative growth strategies through digital marketing inclusive of social media, e-Marketplace & Google Ads platform.


    • Measures, compile, and generate post mortem or reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns.


    • Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia/ Marketing or equivalent.
    • Candidate with a minimum of 2-year(s) experience in the related field.
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
    • Required Skill(s): MS Office & Marketing Tools
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and creativity skills.
    • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
